Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with KNG Cards.

We take care to ensure all products are packed securely and dispatched in excellent condition. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.


1. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Is not fit for its intended purpose


2. Change of Mind Returns

KNG Cards does not guarantee change-of-mind returns.

If we approve a change-of-mind return at our discretion:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging

  • The item must be in resellable condition

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Sealed Trading Card Products

Trading card products (including booster packs and boxes) contain randomised contents determined by the manufacturer.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Pull results

  • Card values

  • Buyer dissatisfaction with contents

  • Opened sealed products

Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned unless it is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

Items must remain unused and in original packaging until the issue is resolved.

We reserve the right to assess the item before issuing a replacement or refund.


5. Graded Cards & Singles

Due to the subjective nature of card grading and condition assessment:

  • Minor surface imperfections, print lines, centering variations, or manufacturer defects are not considered faults.

  • All sales of graded cards are final unless the slab is damaged in transit.

We provide clear images where possible and encourage customers to review them carefully before purchasing.


6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are items not yet in stock and are purchased in advance to secure allocation.

Estimated release dates are provided by distributors and may change without notice.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Release dates are not guaranteed

  • Delays are outside our control

  • Allocations may be reduced by distributors

Pre-order cancellations:

If you choose to cancel a pre-order, the following applies:

Option 1:
A refund of 25% of the total pre-order value.

Option 2:
Store credit for 100% of the order value.

This policy reflects the administrative, allocation and financial commitments made when securing pre-order stock.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law


8. Return Shipping

Unless the product is faulty under ACL:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened sealed products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse
