1. Order Processing
All orders receive an order confirmation email once successfully placed.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (new releases, sales, holidays), processing times may be extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using Australia Post.
Available options may include:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by Australia Post.
Typical delivery estimates:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

3. Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking where applicable.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
KNG Cards is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once the parcel has been handed over.
4. Risk & Delivery Responsibility
Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
KNG Cards is not liable for:

Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.
5. International Shipping
International shipping options may be available.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timeframes for international orders vary and are not guaranteed.
6. In-Person Pickup (Mascot NSW 2020)
In-person pickup is available by prior arrangement only.
Pickup must:

Be agreed upon before checkout or prior to dispatch

Take place in Mascot NSW 2020
Orders will not automatically default to pickup.
You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Government-issued ID may be required at pickup to verify identity.
If pickup is not arranged within a reasonable timeframe, KNG Cards reserves the right to cancel the order.
7. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

Failure to collect

Delivery refusal
The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
